It enables staff to efficiently log complaints, categorize them, assign them to relevant departments, and monitor progress in real time. With features such as role-based access, status updates, and automated notifications, the system enhances transparency, accountability, and responsiveness in public service delivery. Its user-friendly interface and robust backend architecture ensure smooth operations while maintaining data security and reliability.

I designed and developed a web-based Ration Distribution System that was successfully deployed at the Sindh Governor's Secretariat. The system streamlined the entire process of ration box allocation, ensuring smooth operations, transparency, and effective delivery to underprivileged families. By digitizing the distribution drive, the solution minimized errors, improved record-keeping, and enhanced accountability, ultimately supporting the Secretariat’s mission of providing timely assistance to those in need.

I have worked as a Software Engineer at Efrotech Services, where I contributed as a team member on the development of Bizztrax ERP Software, a robust enterprise resource planning solution. My responsibilities included assisting in the design, coding, and integration of various modules to ensure smooth business operations across departments. Working in a collaborative environment, I gained hands-on experience in building scalable ERP features that improved process automation, efficiency, and overall system performance.

I served as the Focal Person for supervising the development of the Governor’s Complaints & Information BOT, a digital platform that enabled the public to lodge requests and complaints through WhatsApp and a Web Portal. The system streamlined grievance redressal by allowing the Governor’s Secretariat to process requests while routing complaints directly to the respective departments, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and timely resolution mechanism for the general public.
